Common seller pricing mistakes
The pricing errors that make a shop feel busy while leaving too little money behind.

Pricing from materials only
Materials are only the beginning. Packaging, shipping, payment fees, marketplace fees and advertising can all sit between the sale price and profit.
A material-only price is usually too optimistic.
Copying competitors blindly
Competitor prices are useful, but you cannot see their supplier cost, ad cost, return rate or strategy.
Use competitors to understand the market, then use your own numbers to choose a price.
Ignoring the weak products
A shop can have strong products and weak products at the same time. Average margin hides the listings that need attention.
Review products individually, especially high-volume or heavily promoted ones.
